Driving Innovation: Team AIP Celebrates Patent Approval for Electro-less Nickel Coating, Revolutionizing Fuel Efficiency

Our company received its first patent (PATENT #465584 dated 3rd November 2023) for a unique ELECTRO-LESS NICKEL (EN)coating on Pistons and cylinders.

It will be extremely useful in alternate fuels besides the current fuel dispensation. It reduces friction, wear, emissions & and fuel consumption. The SOP of this technology is ongoing daily in our company.

Cold Chamber High Pressure Die Casting Process For Manufacturing Piston.

Our company received its second patent (PATENT #525912 dated 14th March 2024) for Cold Chamber High Pressure Die Casting Process for Piston Manufacturing.

It will provide better Hardness and Tensile strength due to refined microstructure with uniform Si distribution throughout the matrix.

Aluminium alloy with 16% ~ 18% High silicon provides Light weight and thin walled pistons also with better wear and thermal properties.
