The Company then became a vendor to OEM’s in 2 wheeler/ 3 wheeler segments & supplied products to reputed companies like TVS and Greaves. During the same time the company also started with its exports to Italy. We upgraded our manufacturing facilities in 1995 to meet international quality standards and yet again in 2004, 2010, 2015, 2019 and 2021 with addition of die cast machines, electro-less plating facilities and other coating options. Today Abilities exports to 35 countries and its exports are close to 50%.

Reputation earned during these years has resulted into regular flow of orders and inquiries from corporations within the country and abroad. This is further encouraged and sustained by positive customer response.

Abilities provides quality products and services at a competitive price. We supply to many OEMs from USA, Europe, China & Japan.

Abilities has received two patents: one for high-pressure die casting of pistons and cylinders and another for electroless nickel coating on pistons and cylinders. AIP received these patents with the help of TDB and DSIR. Abilities also exports other die-cast and gravity-casting components for braking systems and covers to various OEMs worldwide.

We have an eco-friendly state-of-the-art infrastructure spread over 20,000 sq m. to deliver the highest technology standards. This campus hosts a R&D center with Engine Test Cell & flow analysis software. We offer an extensive product range. Abilities holds ISO/TS 16949:2009 & ISO 14001 & 18001 Certifications.
