The retention period depends on factors such as:
- The nature, sensitivity and type of personal data

Where services are completed or accounts become inactive, AIP may deactivate accounts and securely delete or anonymize personal data. Certain information may be retained for a longer period where required to:

8) CCTV Monitoring
CCTV is used only in common areas for security. No audio recording is performed.

AIP may share personal data only on a need-to-know basis and strictly for legitimate business purposes. Personal data may be shared with authorized internal teams, approved service providers, technology partners, security vendors and professional advisors who are bound by contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations.

- CCTV footage: Retained for 30 to 45 days, unless required for investigation, legal proceedings, or security incidents
Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted, anonymized, or destroyed in accordance with AIP’s data retention and disposal procedures.
