Inspections is carried out online at QUALITY GATES & complete state-of-the-art equipment for Quality Assurance is available viz, Roundness Tester, Surface Tester, Spectrometer, TT multiline tester etc.

AIP is a part of ACMA ADVANCE CLUSTER program wherein it is practicing FLOW MANUFACTURING, Kaizens, POKA YOKE, 7QC tools, SMED, Preventive maintenance, Employee Satisfaction etc. etc on daily basis.
